It's difficult to list or describe everything that we can do, because every client has a different lifestyle and needs. Fundamentally, the idea is to make life easier for you so we provide a free one hour consultation meeting to go over the help you feel you need, and we'll take it from there.

These are a good starting point any of which can be adapted to you
- To deal with your mail; Organise, Prioritise and File.
- Organise any household bills and expenses and ensure efficient management and use of utilities.
- Keep on top of Medical Insurance Claims. Research and make specialist medical/dental appointments. Including personal nutritional needs
- Personal Computing - from basic teaching, organising folders in e-mail accounts, maintaining PC's so that they run efficiently. Installing broadband, setting up your own domain name and building websites
- Arrange on-line banking. Checking your credit card bill.
- Test drive cars; arrange services/MOT /Tax.
- Chauffeur/airport runs. Private PA's have a good knowledge of London and a clean driving licence
- Organise and oversee cleaners, plumbers, gardeners or any other services. To ensure a good job, be onsite for and organise deliveries and avoid customer having to wait in at home.
- Check that your home well maintained. i.e. have boiler serviced, guttering and roofing checked, smoke alarms checked
- To visit and secure your home during vacations. Look after pets, plants and mail etc.
- Help locate nannies, childminders, cleaners and any other domestic staff
- Mail merge all addresses to ensure a current address book and labelling system for invitations / Christmas etc
- Event planning - organise venues, catering & entertainment for parties.
- Research and book vacations and flights
- Find and view property, organise house moving/storage nationally and internationally.
- Oversee building projects from architect to soft furnishing stage.
- Accompany clients for training and fitness programs. Locate personal trainers & gyms
- Nanny when necessary, help with homework, research schools. Organise special trips for children. Research children's events and clubs. Emergency school pick-ups and looking after sick children.
- Accompany children on journeys, national and international.
- Teach English as a foreign language. Organise personal tutors and coaches
- Accompany your guests and visitors around London. (And collect & deliver them to and from the airport)
- Introduce newcomers to the UK, familiarise them with the city and organise their household i.e. parking permits etc.
- Help set up small companies
